Board Change
CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, announces that Mark Finn, Group Operations Director, has resigned from his position as a director of the Company to pursue other interests.
He is continuing to work according to his notice period in order to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities. The Company is examining a range of options regarding the ongoing roles of the executive board and senior management in the light of Mark's departure. A further update will be issued in due course if necessary.
Commenting on Mark's departure, Simon Innes, Chief Executive said "the Board would like to thank Mark for his contribution to the Group's development since joining us in 2006. We wish him well for the future".
